I have been trying to work on getting back to a healthy living regimen without luck, thus far. I am going to the gym today with a friend after having fallen off the wagon nutritionally yesterday. This reading really speaks to me about this subject today. I need to not dwell on my past mistakes or all the times I’ve given up because of a little backsliding, and find the motivation to keep going because I will never succeed if I let that hold me back.
